Private charcoal atelier
A portrait should feel kept, not just drawn.
Fazal Abbas creates charcoal work for people who want a portrait with presence: a gift, a tribute, a family memory, or a personal study that holds emotional weight. Every piece is built slowly through likeness, atmosphere, controlled value, and the softness that gives the finished artwork its Fazal touch.

Commission guidance

Design process
From reference photo to finished charcoal artwork.
Photo, Purpose, and Deadline
The commission begins with a conversation about the reference photo, the reason for the portrait, the preferred size, and the deadline. If the image and timeline are suitable, the final quote is estimated from the size, urgency, and difficulty of the subject.
Charcoal Drawing
The portrait is drawn on Canson Scholar sheet in A3 or A2 size, with attention to likeness, facial structure, softness, and the emotion carried by the reference. A timelapse of the drawing can also be made when requested.
Scan, Packing, and Delivery
Once the portrait is complete, an HD scan can be shared with the client. The original artwork is carefully rolled and packed in a tube for DHL delivery, so it can be framed locally according to the client's own taste.

Finished portraits are planned as objects for a room.
The commission is not treated as a loose sketch. The final artwork is composed with the kind of presence that belongs on a wall, shelf, or private display space.
