Clear terms for personal use, portfolio display, privacy requests, and permission to reproduce artwork images by Fazal Abbas.
Client use
Clients may use their finished portrait for personal display, gifting, photography, and online sharing. The client owns the physical commissioned artwork after payment and delivery, while Fazal Abbas remains the artist and copyright holder of the creative work and portfolio images.
Artist attribution
Fazal may sign the portrait and show it online or in portfolio material as his charcoal artwork. Removing the signature, presenting the work as another artist's creation, or using it to misrepresent authorship is not permitted.
Privacy requests
If a portrait is sensitive, memorial, or intended as a surprise gift, request privacy before the commission begins. Agreed privacy requests are respected, and the finished work will not be used publicly in the way covered by that agreement.
Website images
Artwork images on this website may not be copied, downloaded, reposted, printed, resold, edited, used for model training, or represented as another artist's work without written permission from Fazal Abbas. A visible image is not a grant of license.
Permission / Licensing
Describe the image, intended use, publication, audience, and duration so Fazal can review the request.
